    I am very disappointed to report that I was treated very rudely and unfairly by the female manager at Jesmond Optus who refused to swap the small iPhone I was given when I specifically asked the sales person for a phone to replace my larger iPhone 6 S Plus! I brought it back untouched in the box it came in 2 days earlier!! She made out that it was a complex process and she had to get permission from the owner. Another Optus shop explained that Jesmond is NOT run by Optus but is a Franchise, so they can be mavericks and fail to meet the expected standards of customer service and ethics. They were certainly right there. Do yourself a favour and give Optus Jesmond a big miss you may end up sorry if you dont.
